Employed by TWI as Software Support Services Quality Co-ordinator in ICT dept. Main tasks are to maintain TickIT plus certification approval. Primary responsibilities include streamlining procedures, improvement of quality systems processes, enhance software working methods, plus undertaking systematic audits, procedure/process reviews. My background is in Aerospace (BAe Systems, MBDA, Raytheon, Marshall Aerospace) on a myriad of projects and worked on space projects: Solar Orbiter (measuring our Suns parameters) and S5P (Environmental assessment).
