Employed by TWI as Software Support Services Quality Co-ordinator in ICT dept. Main tasks are to maintain TickIT plus certification approval. Primary responsibilities include streamlining procedures, improvement of quality systems processes, enhance software working methods, plus undertake systematic audits, procedure/process reviews. My background gained in Aerospace (BAe Systems, MBDA, Raytheon, Marshall Aerospace) on a myriad of projects plus space projects: Solar Orbiter (currenlty on route to the Sun)
