Withdraw from an Examination or Prep Learning Tool
Consumers who have booked an examination or a prep learning tool with GASQ may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. To do so, please use the form further down on this page.
Please note: The statutory right of withdrawal applies only to consumers and not to businesses. In the case of digitally provided services, the right of withdrawal may expire prematurely if you have expressly agreed that GASQ may begin providing the service before the withdrawal period has ended—particularly if you have already taken the examination. Following your withdrawal request, we will assess whether the withdrawal has been validly exercised.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email):

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount that is proportionate to the services already provided up to the time of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the services covered by the contract.
